Chef Manuel took his experience working in kitchens around the world, from Michelin Star to family-owned spots, to create Lilikoi’s organically sourced, clean eating, health-focused menu. He took his dreams and turned them into reality when he and his family moved from Hawaii to Miami in March of 2016. They settled into the perfect spot in South Beach creating a warm, inviting atmosphere with a beach-chic vibe. This is where Lilikoi Organic Living was born.
Kissaki Hospitality Group took over Lilikoi in 2024. The menu, now driven by Chef Benjamin Tellez, continues to carry forward organic living. It features organic locally grown produce with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Meats used are organically and humanely treated – raised without steroids, growth hormones, and animal byproducts that are fed a vegetarian diet. Seafood is carefully selected and eco-friendly.
